CRYSTAL HEALING
Our bodies are designed to be self-building and self-healing. Combining our energies with those of crystals stimulates our self-healing processes. Crystal healing uses the crystals and the colour energy they contain to re-activate the body’s energy system and recharge it with energy.

Colour Me Happy offers a treatment where selected crystals are arranged around or on the body and energized with Reiki. We also offer Crystal Healing Journeys.

What are the benefits of Crystal Healing?
Crystal Healing treatments re-align the body’s energy fields. The arrangement of crystals around and on the body creates an electro-magnetic force field which re-polarizes any misaligned fields. This restores harmony and balance to the physical and subtle bodies.

- replacing negative energy with positive vibrations and building the Chakra system

What can I expect in a Crystal Healing Treatment?
We start the session with a mini colour reading to identify root issues and blockages and to determine the type of crystal grid we will be working with to facilitate change and balance. You then lie on a massage bed (fully clothed) and the grid is set-up around you. Through a series of breathing and relaxation techniques you move into what we call alpha state, which is a deep state of relaxation. The therapist then energizes the crystals using Reiki to re-polarize the body. The session ends with an aura cleanse and chakra balancing. This is a highly relaxing treatment which takes approximately an hour.

What is a Crystal Healing Journey?
A Crystal Healing Journey is a series of 8 treatments. In the first treatment we identify blockages and misaligned energy fields and start off by assisting the body to work towards restoring balance. The following 7 sessions then focus on building each Chakra individually so that changes resonate from a spiritual level through to a cellular level. The Crystal Healing Journey brings about huge transformation in all aspects of your life and is especially useful after debilitating illness or severe stress.
