COLOUR THERAPY
Colour therapy is a vibrational therapy that works
with energy frequencies. The aura or energy field
around the body vibrates at different frequencies
which are referred to as colour. The seven colours
of the rainbow form the basis of colour therapy: red,
orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. These
colours are also found in the human energy field &

Crystal healing makes use of the vibrational energy
of crystals as a means of healing through the human
electromagnetic field or aura. The quartz crystals
that are used in healing are made up of Silicon Dioxide,

in nature. Crystals can carry an electric charge or
current as well as develop an electrical charge under

Reiki is concerned with healing at all levels of a
person's being, by connecting with the Life Force
within. We all have access to this Universal Energy

The healer helps the client to find balance and become
