STAR CHILD WORKSHOPS

Kiddy ‘n Me: Colours and Crystals (Ages 5-9)
This is a fun, interactive and practical 1 day workshop designed for children to do with their parents. It is based on Colour Therapy principles and applications. This workshop is ideal for Indigo, Crystal and Rainbow children. It teaches open communication and self-expression through creativity with colour and crystals.
Each child will receive an illustrated manual with exercises and a certificate of attendance.
Each parent will receive a manual covering the child’s courseware as well as additional exercises and projects to use at home. Parents also receive a certificate of attendance.

The workshop covers:
• the 7 colour wheel and mixing colours
• colours & emotions
• colour breathing
• colours & crystals

Tween ‘n Me: Colours and Crystals (Ages 10-12)
This is a fun, interactive and practical 1 day workshop designed for older children to do with their parents. It is based on Colour Therapy principles and applications. This workshop is ideal for Indigo, Crystal and Rainbow tweens. It teaches open communication and self-expression through creativity with colour and crystals.
Each tween will receive an illustrated manual with exercises and a certificate of attendance.
Each parent will receive a manual covering the tween’s courseware as well as additional exercises and projects to use at home. Parents also receive a certificate of attendance.

Teen ‘n Me: Colours and Crystals (Ages 13+)
This is a fun, interactive and practical 1 day workshop designed for teenagers to do with their parents. It is based on Colour Therapy principles and applications. This workshop is ideal for Indigo, Crystal and Rainbow teens. It teaches open communication and self-expression through creativity with colour and crystals.
Each teen will receive an illustrated manual with exercises and a certificate of attendance.
Each parent will receive a manual covering the teen’s courseware as well as additional exercises and projects to use at home. Parents also receive a certificate of attendance.
